  • Vermicelli Noodles (2 oz)
  • Extra Light Olive Oil (1 1/2 Tbsp)
  • Garlic (1 1/2 tsp, chopped)
  • Basil (2 tsp, ground)
  • Salt (1 tsp)

Preparation

Step 1

Bring water to a boil, add noodles and boil for 5 minutes
Strain noodles and put in large bowl
Add olive oil and mix well
Add garlic, basil, and salt - mix well
Serve immediately
