Ingredients
- 2/3 c sugar
- 1/3 c flour
- 2 c milk
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 c coconut
- 1 t vanilla
- 1 t butter
- 1 prepared pie crust
- 1 8oz cool whip

Preparation
Step 1
In medium sauce pan mix flour, sugar, milk & egg yolks. Cook & stir until mixture comes to a boil. Boil for 1 minute. Remove from heat & add coconut, vanilla & butter. Pour into crust. Cover with plastic wrap & refrigerate for 3 hours. Top with cool whip.
