Quick Apple Dessert

Ingredients

• 1 Jiffy yellow cake mix
• 1 1/2 c. flaked coconut
• 4 T. melted oleo
• 1/2 t. cinnamon
• 1 21oz. can apple pie filling

Preparation

Step 1

Combine dry cake mix, cocanut & cinnamon. Stir in melted oleo. Press 2/3 of mixture into ungreased 8 x 8 pan.
Spread apple pie filling over crust. Crumble rest of the mixture over top.
Bake at 350 degrees for 55 minutes.


Can be made ahead & keeps well.


Double all ing. for 9 x 13 pan.
