CARAMEL APPLE PIZZA

Ingredients
- 1 tube refrigerated sugar cookie dough
- 1 8oz. pkg. cream cheese
- 1/2 c. packed brown sugar
- 4 c. sliced peeled tart apples
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cf. caramel ice cream topping
- 1/2 c. peanut butter
- 2 tbsp. milk
- 1 12 oz. can lemon-lime pop
- 1/3 c. chopped pecans

Step 1
Press cookie dough into a greased pizza pan. Bake 350l for 20 min or til golden brown. Cool. Run a large flat spatula under the crust to loosen from pan. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, peanut butter, brown sugar and milk until smooth. Spread over cooled rust. In a bowl, combine apple and soda, drain well. Toss apples with cinnamon, arrange over cream cheese. Drizzle with the caramel topping and sprinkle with pecans. Cut into wedges.
