WILD BERRY SYRUP

Ingredients

  • 2 c. blueberries, raspberries, etc.
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 c. white corn syrup
  • 1 c. water

Preparation

Step 1

Wash fruit well. Mash fruit and stir in sugar. Let stand covered until ready to cook. Add corn syrup and water. Stir to blend well. Bring to a boil, and boil 10 min or until desired thickness. Makes 3 c. syrup.
