Step 1
Get a thawed 5-6 lb bone in whole turkey breast. Set up grill for indirect heat. In a small bowl mix 1/2 tsp dried basil, 1/2 tsp dried rosemary, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp ground pepper. Rub all over turkey. Then get 1/4 c honey mustard dressing. Place turkey skin side down on unheated side of grill (I put it on tin foil due to low heat). Brush with dressing. Grill 30 minutes. Turn turkey and brush with dressing. Grill 2-3 hours. Use meat thermometor and should read 170. Remove from gill, cover and let stand 30 minutes before slicing. WE DID THIS 1/2012 AND IT WAS EXCELLENT, I GRILLED IT FOR THREE HOURS.
