Ingredients

  • Breads:

  • Sourdough

  • Soft White

  • Whole Wheat

  • Baguette

  • Whole Wheat Tortillas

  • Cheeses:

  • Mozzarella

  • Goat Cheese

  • Cheddar

  • Jack Cheese

  • Swiss Cheese

  • Brie

  • Gouda...etc.

  • Fillings:

  • Basil Pesto

  • Arugula

  • Sun-Dried Tomatoes

  • Artichokes

  • Caramelized Onions

  • Roasted Red Peppers

  • Braised Beef

  • Condiments:

  • Butter

  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil

  • Mayonnaise

  • S&P

  • Chili Flake

  • Jam

Directions

Preheat your skillet over medium heat. Add your cheese, filling and condiment to the clean side of your bread. Then place your second piece on bread on top. Place your bread, butter-side-down, on the skillet. Grill until lightly browned and then flip over. P.S. Don't forget to sautee mayonnaise side down for extra flavour(instead of butter).
