Crispy Chocolate-Walnut Clusters

4 ounces bittersweet chocolate, chopped
2 cups brown rice crisps
1/4 cups walnuts, toasted and chopped



In large microwave-safe bowl, place chocolate. Microwave on High 2 minutes or until melted, stirring every 30 seconds.

Stir in cereal and walnuts until evenly coated. With measuring teaspoon, drop heaping spoonfuls onto waxed paper.

Refrigerate 20 minutes or until set (or, in airtight container, up to 1 month).
