GARLIC CHEESE POTATOES

  • 4 large potatoes, peeled and sliced
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 2-3 cloves garlic
  • 2 scallions
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Place potatoes in Bean Pot.

Melt butter with garlic. Pour over potatoes. Sprinkle with scallions and parmesan cheese.

Cover and bake at 400 for 40 minutes or until done. Remove lid and place back into oven and let brown for 7 minutes.
