Ingredients
- 1 pkg. (10 oz.) ready-to-serve salad greens
- 3 1/2 c. cooked chicken or turkey breast, cubed
- 1 c. fresh sugar snap peas
- 1 small cucumber, peeled and sliced
- 1 c. fresh blueberries, washed and drained
- 1 c. fresh raspberries, washed and drained
- 1 rib celery, thinly sliced
- 1/4 c. olive oil
- 3 Tbs. balsamic vinegar
- 1 Tbs. Simply Fruit - Seedless Red Raspberry Spreadable Fruit
- Coarse salt & fresh ground pepper
- 1/2 tsp. onion powder
- 1/2 c. Blue Diamond slivered almonds

Preparation
Step 1
Place the salad greens, chicken/turkey, cucumber, peas, berries and celery in a large bowl. For dressing; whisk the oil, vinegar, Simply Fruit, salt, pepper and onion powder together in a small bowl. Drizzle dressing over salad; toss gently to coat, top with almonds and serve.
