VICKY APPLIN’S BBQ BEEF ON BUN

Ingredients

  • 3 to 5 pound chuck roast
  • 1 jar Heinz chili sauce
  • 1/2 bottle (1 cup) ketchup
  • 1 jar Original Open Pit BBQ Sauce

Preparation

Step 1

Put chuck roast in crockpot overnight.

Remove fat and bones and slice thinly.

Put back in crockpot and add the chili sauce, ketchup, and Open Pit.

Mix well and continue to cook in crockpot until hot.
