Ingredients
- 2 lbs, whole fresh mushrooms
- 1 carton (8oz) spreadable garden vegetable cream cheese
- 4 oz imitation crab meat chopped
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese, divided
- 2 tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1/8 dash pepper
Preparation
Step 1
remove stems from mushrooms and finely chop 1/4 cup, set aside
in a small bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Stir in chopped mushroom stems, crab meat, 1/4 cheese, mayo and pepper. Spoon about 2 tsp into each mushroom cap. Place on a baking sheet. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake at 350* fro 15-18 minutes or until mushrooms are tender.
