Ingredients
- 3/4 t unsalted Butter
- 2 T diced Yellow Onions
- 1/2 t minced Garlic
- 2/3 C Dry Orzo Pasta
- 3/4 C plus 2 T Chicken Stock
- 1/4 t Sea Salt
- Pinch black pepper
- 3 T Dried Cranberries
Preparation
Step 1
Heat buter in large saucepan over medium heat. Saute the onions and garlic until the onions are translucent. Add the Orzo and saute for 3-4 minutes, or until golden brown.
Add Chicken stock and simmer, stirring frequently, until the liquid is almost absorbed. Remove from heat and stir in salt, pepper and cranberries.
