Cream Cheese Bars
- 2 tubes crescent rolls
- 2 8oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 t. vanilla
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 t. cinnamon
Layer 1 can of rolls on bottom of 13 by 9 pan. Mix together, cream cheese, 1 c. sugar, egg yolk & vanilla. Pour over crust.
Layer 2nd can of crescent rolls on top of mixture. Beat egg white & brush on top crust. Mix 1/2 c. sugar & cinnamon. Sprinkle over top.
Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.
Easy to cut recipe in half, bake in 9 by 9 pan.
