Italian Sausage and White Beans Low Fat

1. Remove casings from sausage 2. Heat a large skillet coated w/cooking spray over medium-high heat 3. Add bell pepper, onion, garlic --> saute 3 minutes 4. Add sausage & cook 8 minutes or until browned and crumbled 5. Stir in oregano, beans, and tomatoes 6. Reduce heat to medium-low 7. Cook 5 minutes or until thoroughly heated
