DORIS’ GERMAN CHOCOLATE CAKE FROSTING

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup coconut
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Preparation

Step 1

Boil first four ingredients for 10 minutes. Add in nuts and coconut.

Double the recipe for a two-layer cake.
