Tomato, Basil Bruschetta

Ingredients
- 1 loaf french bread or baguettes
- 2 tsp. italian herb seasoning
- 1 tsp. olive oil
- 2 c. cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 c. red or white onions, chopped
- 3 tbsp. basil, chopped
- 2 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 c. sun-dried tomatoes in oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp. shredded parm cheese

Step 1
Place loaf on baking sheet; rub w/ olive oil and sprinkle w/ 1 tsp. italian herb seasoning. Combine cherry tomatoes, onion, basil, balsamic vinegar, sun-dried tomatoes, and garlic in bowl. Season w/ 1 tsp. of italian herb seasoning, salt, & pepper. Cover and let stand at room temp. Preheat broiler. Cut bread in pieces and place on baking sheet. Top w/ tomato mix and sprinkle w/ cheese. Broil about 2 mins. or till cheese melts and bread is toasted.
