Ingredients

  • 1

    loaf french bread or baguettes

  • 2

    tsp. italian herb seasoning

  • 1

    tsp. olive oil

  • 2

    c. cherry tomatoes, halved

  • 1

    c. red or white onions, chopped

  • 3

    tbsp. basil, chopped

  • 2

    tbsp. balsamic vinegar

  • ¼

    c. sun-dried tomatoes in oil

  • 1

    clove garlic, minced

  • 2

    tbsp. shredded parm cheese

Directions

Place loaf on baking sheet; rub w/ olive oil and sprinkle w/ 1 tsp. italian herb seasoning. Combine cherry tomatoes, onion, basil, balsamic vinegar, sun-dried tomatoes, and garlic in bowl. Season w/ 1 tsp. of italian herb seasoning, salt, & pepper. Cover and let stand at room temp. Preheat broiler. Cut bread in pieces and place on baking sheet. Top w/ tomato mix and sprinkle w/ cheese. Broil about 2 mins. or till cheese melts and bread is toasted.
