Ingredients
- 1/2 C sugar
- 2 T cornstarch
- 1 C water
- 2 tsp oleo
- 1 T grated lemon peel
- 1 T lemon juice

Preparation
Step 1
Mix sugar and cornstarch in saucepan. Gradually stir in water. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly till mixture thickens and boils. Boil and stir one minute, remove from heat. Stir in remaining ingredients. Ser warm or cool
Makes about 1 C sauce -- approx. 40 calories per T
