Prosciutto Wrapped Asparagus

  • 40 stalks fresh asparagus (about 1 1/2 pounds)
  • 40 thin slices prosciutto (about 1/2 pound)
  • 2 Tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 450. Line a rimmed baking sheet with heavy-duty aluminum foil.

Snap off tough edges of asparagus. Wrap each asparagus stalk with 1 slice prosciutto. Place on prepared baking sheet. Brush with olive oil. Drizzle with lemon juice. Bake 8 to 10 mins., or until prosciutto is crispy. Serve immediately.
