Ingredients

  • FROSTING:
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 2-1/4 cups flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 cup chopped nuts
  • 1-1/2 teaspoons soda
  • Sprinkle of salt
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1 small can crushed pineapple
  • 2 cups grated and drained carrots
  • 3 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1-1/2 cups powdered sugar
  • 3 tablespoons butter, softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Mix ingredients together and bake in 350 degree oven for 40-45 minutes.
