Ingredients
- servings:
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- Double recipe for 6, and there were some left over

Step 1
In bowl, whisk egg with milk.
Stir in flour and salt until blended but still bumpy.
Let stand 45 min. (I forgot this and they still turned out OK.)
Spoon into well-buttered jumbo muffin cups, filling ¾ full.
Bake 400 degrees for 25 – 30 min.
