Ingredients

  • 2

  • 1

    egg

  • ½

    cup milk

  • ½

    cup flour

  • ¼

    tsp. salt

  • Double recipe for 6, and there were some left over

Directions

In bowl, whisk egg with milk. Stir in flour and salt until blended but still bumpy. Let stand 45 min. (I forgot this and they still turned out OK.) Spoon into well-buttered jumbo muffin cups, filling ¾ full. Bake 400 degrees for 25 – 30 min.
