hot fudge sauce

Ingredients

  • 3/4 c heavy cream
  • 3/4 c brown sugar
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 2 3/4 c semisweet Choc. Chips
  • Dash sea salt
  • 1 t vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Put cream in pan over Med/low heat. Add brown sugar, butter a tablespoon at a time, Choc chips,stirring constantly till melted add salt remove from heat add vanilla, cool 15 min before serving
