Sophia Loren's Chocolate Mousse

I got this recipe from Nana’s agemate, Sophia Loren, years ago. Nana and Sophia...both stars! ~Kathy

Ingredients

• 1 c. heavy whipping cream
• 1 small package instant chocolate pudding
• 1 c. milk.
• 1 T. orange liqueur or frozen orange juice concentrate

Preparation

Step 1

Beat heavy cream till soft peaks form.
Prepare pudding with ONE cup milk.
Fold in whipped cream and liqueur.
Chill at least one hour.
Make it fancy: Spoon mousse into decorating bag and pipe into wine glasses. Top with grated chocolate.
