Maple Roasted Acorn Squash

Ingredients

  • 2 Acorn Squash (cut in half and scooped clean)
  • 4 TB Maple Syrup
  • 2 TB Butter

Preparation

Step 1

Place the acorn squash halves in a baking pan with the cut sides up.

Place 1 TB maple syrup and 1/2 TB butter into each acorn squash half.

Cover with aluminum foil and roast in a reheated 400F oven for 30 minutes.

Remove the foil and roast until tender, about 30-45 minutes.
