Ingredients
- 4 oz medium egg noodles, cooked and drained
- 3 slices bacon, cut into 1" pieces
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion
- 2 tsp chili powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1/4 c water
- 1/2 small green pepper, finely chopped
- 1/2 c shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 pk (10 oz) frozen corn
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350. Coat a 1-1/2 qt casserole with cooking spray.
Cook the bacon until crisp and remove to a plate. Add the beef, onion, chili powder, salt, and black pepper to the skillet. Mix well and brown meat; drain.
Add the soup and water and mix well.
Layer the noodles, 1/2 the beef mixture, bacon, bell pepper, cheese and corn in the casserole. Layer the rest of the meat on top.
Bake for 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
