Cole Slaw Easy

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbs milk
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 cup to 1/2 cup sugar (depending on taste)
  • 2 16oz. packs shredded cabbage w/ carrots

Preparation

Step 1

In med bowl, combine mayonnaise, vinegar, milk, salt, pepper, and sugar. Whisk mixture till it looks light and creamy. Cover dressing and set aside in the refrigerator.

Chop shredded cabbage with carrots to desired size. Combine cabbage/carrot mixture with chopped onions.

Get your prepared dressing and pour about half the mixture over your chopped cabbage, and stir. Add the rest of the dressing, slowly until you get to the desired consistancy.

Yields: 2 pints
