  • 1 lb nuts
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 T water
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 T cinnamon
  • 1 tsp salt

Step 1

Heat over to 275.

Beat egg white and water. Mix in other ingredients. Add nuts. Spread on cookie sheet. Bake 45 min. Turn every 15 minutes
