Ingredients
- 2 limes, zested and juiced
- 2 T balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 c chopped fresh basil
- 1 t ground cumin
- 1/3 c olive oil
- kosher salt and fresh ground black pepper

Step 1
In sm bowl, combine zest, juice, vinegar, basil, and cumin. Slowly add oil, whisking constantly until mix thickens. Season with s&p to taste.
