Orange Jalapeno Glaze

Ingredients

• 1 C orange juice
• 1 T sesame oil
• 2 T soy sauce
• 2 oz unsalted sweet butter
• 1/4 c white wine
• 4 T honey
• 1 orange, zested
• 2 T ginger
• 1 T brown sugar
• 1 small jalapeno, chopped
• salt and pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Reduce juice to 1/3 cup. Combine sesame oil, butter, soy sauce, wine, honey and let simmer 10 minutes. Add zest, ginger, jalapeno, s&p and bsugar and let simmer.
