Carne Seca Jerky Marinade

Ingredients

  • 3 Jalapenos, roughly chopped
  • 2 tsp minced garlic
  • 1/4 onion, minced
  • 2 tsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 6 limes for juice

Preparation

Step 1

1. Combine all ingredients and add about 1 lbs of meat.

2. Refrigerate for 12-24 hours.

3. Dry in dehydrator.
