Preparation

Step 1

1. Cover the spring roll wrappers with a slightly damp towel to keep them from drying out.

2. Place 1 pound of ground turkey/beef into a medium-size bowl.

3. Pout in half a dime bag of seasoned salt, which is about 1/2 tbsp.

4. Follow that up with 4 pinches of pepper.

5. Toss in half a handful of chopped white onion.

6. Spoon in 1 tsp. minced garlic.

7. Mix the ingredients with your hands

8. Smell the mixture, and add more seasoned salt as needed.

9. Add whatever sauce you like to the mix.

10. Mix it up with a spoon.

11. Break up the meat and cook it in a large skiller until it's browned.

12. Spread out 1 spring roll wrapper.

13. Take a little cabbage and spread it on there.

14. Put the ground beef over cabbage.

15. Take a little cheese and put it on top.

16. Use some sauce.

17. Now roll it nice and tight.

18. Pour enough sunflower oil into a large wok or pan to float your soul rolls. Turn the heat all the way up so it gets HOT!

19. Carefully drop in 2 to 4 rolls, depending on the size of your wok/pan. Let them cook for 3 to 4 minutes, until golden brown, turning them occasionally.

20. Let them cool for a minute or two on plates covered with paper towels to let the oil drain.
