  • 1 flank steak
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 jar Ragu Pasta Sauce
  • 1/2 c. beef broth
  • 1 can chopped green chilies, drained
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes


Preparation time 15mins
Cooking time 495mins


Step 1

Season steak with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in skillet over medium-high heat. Cook steak for 3 to 4 minutes or until just browned.
Combine pasta sauce, green pepper, green chilies and red pepper flakes in the slow cooker. Add flank steak, covering with sauce.
Cook on low for 8-10 hours. When done shred meat.
