Ingredients
- 2 slices Rudi's Gluten-Free Multigrain Bread
- 2 Tbs. reduced fat cream cheese, softened
- 6 slices cucumber
- 2 Tbs. alfalfa sprouts
- 1 tsp. olive oil
- 1 tsp. red wine vinegar
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 1 leaf lettuce
- Bell pepper, sliced thin
- 1 Tbs. Wholly Guacamole

Preparation
Step 1
Spread each slice of bread with 1 Tbs. cream cheese. On one slice of bread, arrange cucumber slices in a single layer. Cover with sprouts; sprinkle with oil and vinegar. Layer tomato slices, lettuce, and peppers. Spread other slice of bread with guacamole. Close sandwich and serve immediately.
