Ingredients
- 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts vut into 1/2 in. strips
- 1 tablespoon cajun seasoning
- cooking spray
- 1 cup chopped green bell pepper
- 1 cup chopped red bell pepper
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 cup sliced green onions
- 4 cups hot cooked linguine (about 8 oz unvcooked)
- 2 cups evaporated fat free milk
- 1/4 cup grated fresh parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp no salt added lemon pepper seasoning
- 1/2 tsp dried basil
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder 1/4 tsp black pepper

Step 1
Combine chicken and cajun seasoning in a large zip lock bag, seal and shake to coat. Heat a large nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray over medium heat. Add chicken mixture, saute 7 minutes or until lightly browned. Add bell peppers, mushrooms and onions, cook 3 minutes. Stir in pasta and remaining ingredients, bring to a boil. Cook 1 minute, stirring constantly. Serve.
