  • 2 Tbsp. cranberry juice
  • 1 Tbsp. cider vinegar
  • 2 tea. maple syrup
  • 1/2 tea. Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/3 cup heavy cream - if you want it creamy

In a small bowl whisk cranberry juice, vinegar, maple syrup and mustard. Slowly drizzle in olive oil (and cream if using).
