DORIS’ CHERRY MARSHMALLOW DESSERT

I absolutely LOVE this light and fluffy dessert!!!! You can substitute other fruit pie fillings but cherry is my favorite. Very pretty!

Ingredients

  • In a double boiler, melt:
  • 35-40 large marshmallows
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 small box of Dream Whip you need to make up or a 16 oz container of Cool Whip.

Preparation

Step 1

Make up Dream Whip if using this. If Cool Whip, thaw and add to marshmellow mixture.

Pour mixture over graham cracker crumbs in a 9 x 13” pan.

Top with a can of pie mix, i.e., cherries or other.

Refrigerate for a few hours or overnight.

Serve with a dollop of whipped cream or Cool Whip.
