My mom would make this special ice cream topping and it would taste so good!

Ingredients
- 1 cup cocoa
- 1-1/2 cups sugar
- 1 cup hot water
- Dash of salt
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
Preparation
Step 1
Mix sugar and cocoa.
Add sufficient hot water to make a paste.
Add remainder of water and boil for three minutes, stirring constantly. Add vanilla.
Pour hot over ice cream.
