    pound cooked beef flank steak, cut into thin strips

    small onion, thinly sliced

    tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

    French rolls, split

  • 1/3

    cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese

    tablespoons ketchup

Directions

Directions In a large skillet, saute the steak, onion and Worcestershire sauce for 4-6 minutes or until onion is tender. Spoon onto roll bottoms; sprinkle with cheese. Place on a baking sheet. Broil 3-4 in. from the heat for 5-8 minutes or until cheese is melted. Drizzle with ketchup. Replace roll tops
