Very good. Used apricot and was very good.

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Preserves (fig, peach, Plum)
  • 1 Cup Water
  • 1 Tbsp. vinegar

Preparation

Step 1

Combine preserves, water and viengar in small pan bring to a simmer. Reduce down a bit.

Pour over glaze over thick slices of pork tenderloin.
