Ingredients
- 1 can 10 3/4 oz cream of chicken soup
- 1 1/3 cup water
- 3/4 cup uncooked rice
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can rotel tomatoes

Preparation
Step 1
Combine soup, rice, water, onion powder, and pepper in shallow 2 qt backing dish. Top with chicken. Sprinkle chicken w/additional pepper. Cover and bake at 375 for 45 minutes. Uncover and sprinkle with cheese and rotel. Cook 10 more minutes.
