Ingredients
- 4 lg. baking potatoes
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/8 tsp. onion powder
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 c. chopped green onions

Step 1
Scrub and pierce potatoes. Bake at 375 for 1 hour or till tender. When cool enough to handle, cut each into half lengthwise; scoop out pulp, leaving a thin shell.
In large bowl, beat pulp w/ sour cream, butter, salt and seasonings. Stir in 3/4 c. each of shredded cheeses. Spoon or pipe into potato shells. Sprinkle w/ remaining cheeses.
Place on baking sheet. Bake at 375 for 15-20 mins. or till heated through. Top w/ green onions.
