Parsnip Sticks with Harissa Powder and Cayenne Pepper

- 4 parsnips
- 3–4 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 3/4 teaspoon harissa powder
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- Flaky sea salt

Preparation
Preheat oven to 400°. Trim, peel, and cut parsnips into 2x3x½" sticks. Place on a baking sheet and drizzle with oil; sprinkle harissa powder and cayenne over. Toss to coat and spread out in a single layer. Roast until crisp, 20–25 minutes. Sprinkle with salt and serve.
