Peanut Butter Cake
- 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 cups light brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup butter, room temperature
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 3 eggs

Cooking time 20mins
Have all ingredients at room temperature.
Grease and flour bottom of 13 x 9 x 2 pan or two small round pans.
Cream butter and peanut butter.
Beat in sugar until fluffy.
Add eggs, one at a time.
Sift flour, baking powder and baking soda together.
Add to butter/egg mixture alternately with milk.
Pour batter into pan and bake at 350 for 35 to 40 minutes or until a wooden pick in center comes pout clean.
