Ingredients

    cups all-purpose flour

    cups light brown sugar, firmly packed

  • 1

    cup peanut butter

  • 1/2

    cup butter, room temperature

  • 1

    teaspoon baking powder

  • 1/2

    teaspoon baking soda

  • 1

    cup milk

  • 1

    teaspoon vanilla

  • 3

    eggs

Directions

Have all ingredients at room temperature. Grease and flour bottom of 13 x 9 x 2 pan or two small round pans. Cream butter and peanut butter. Beat in sugar until fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time. Sift flour, baking powder and baking soda together. Add to butter/egg mixture alternately with milk. Pour batter into pan and bake at 350 for 35 to 40 minutes or until a wooden pick in center comes pout clean.
