Ingredients
- 1 lb Extra Wide Egg Noodles
- 1 lb ground beef
- Green pepper
- onion
- 1 tsp garlic
- 26 oz jar of favorite pasta sauce
- 8 oz sour cream
- 8 oz cream cheese
- lots of cheddar cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Brown ground beef with garlic, peppers, and onion.Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Add sauce to ground beef mixture.
Boil egg noodles, drain.
Mix cream cheese and sour cream with egg noodles until melted.
Grease 9 x 13 dish and start layering.
Noodles, meat mixture, cheese, noodles, meat and cheese.
Bake at 375 35-40 minutes
