Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour, unsifted
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 4 tsp salt (table salt, not Kosher)
- 2 tea baking powder
- 6 T cold butter
- Optional dried fruit or cinnamon chips
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 large egg

Preparation
Step 1
Sift dry ingredients together, and cut in butter. Add any dried fruit or chips here. Stir milk and egg together, and pour into dry ingredients.
Bake at 425° for 20 minutes on the Pampered Chef stone dish
