Ingredients
- 1 Pillsbury Funfetti Cake Mix
- 1/2 cup Vegetable oil
- 2 eggs
- 2 TB water
- 1/2 cup flaked coconut
Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients in a medium sized bowl. Mix with a hand mixer until well combined.
Drop by cookie scoop onto lightly greased cookie sheets. These should be a fairly round ball.
Bake for 10-11 minutes at 350.
Cool for 2 minutes on the cookie sheet before placing on a cooling rack
** I have not had "globe" success. I just place flat cookies in the oven to bake - top rack approx 5minutes
