Ingredients
- 3 c. grated carrots
- 1 1/2 c. salad oil
- 2 c. flour
- 2 t. baking soda
- 1 t. cinnamon
- 2 c. sugar
- 4 eggs
- 2 t. baking powder
- 1 t. salt

Preparation
Step 1
Beat together oil & sugar. Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each egg.
Sift together flour with baking soda, powder, salt & cinnamon. Add to the mix. Then add carrots.
Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
Top with cream cheese frosting.
