    c. grated carrots

  • 1 1/2

    c. salad oil

  • 2

    c. flour

  • 2

    t. baking soda

  • 1

    t. cinnamon

  • 2

    c. sugar

  • 4

    eggs

  • 2

    t. baking powder

  • 1

    t. salt

Directions

Beat together oil & sugar. Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each egg. Sift together flour with baking soda, powder, salt & cinnamon. Add to the mix. Then add carrots. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes. Top with cream cheese frosting.
